Wymsey On Demand

Looking for a little relaxation this summer? Maybe a quiet village in the English countryside, with babbling brooks and quite evenings. If so, then don't read today's Warped site. While it is an English village, it is not one that will give you that quiet you are looking for. What do I mean? Click away and read further.

The site is called Wymsey on Demand. This site is dedicated to democratic eccentricity, just like the city. Wymsey is a Micro-state (whatever that is) located in the United Kingdom. They have their own radio station, newspaper, and an active internet blog. He you can meet the inhabitants, and learn their little quirks. Check out the sites, such as the
Crown & Thorns pub, the Bottom Farm, and the Gnome Cam. Hear Radio Wymsey, in all of it's streaming rhythms.

Wymsey is a quaint little place, and it reminds of the small towns we used to see on American TV in the 1950's. But instead of "Father Knows Best" or "Leave It To Beaver", this one reminds me of the "Twilight Zone". What do you think? Warp-o-Meter gives this site a 7.5 on the old rating scale.
