The Society to Prevent My Employment

In the movie "Top Gun", there is a scene where Viper asks who will win the Top Gun trophy? Tom Cruise (Maverick) answers by saying "I will". Tom Skerritt replies that is pretty arrogant considering the company he is in. Then he adds "I like that in a pilot". Well that same kind of arrogance can be seen in today's Warped site.

The site is called the Society to Prevent My Employment. The author doesn't want to work, but likes nice things. The mission of her site is to get people to send her non-tax deductible donations. She also doesn't want to resort to any other money making schemes that are less than regal. After all, she is a princess. Wow, is that arrogance or what? Who doe she think she is? Why couldn't I have thought of this before she did?

So how much has she raised? As of today, the total is $3584.29. Some other non-monetary donations have also been received. These include 1 pair of socks, an invitation to a kegger in Pennsylvania, anklet, a toe ring, and two pair of converse shoes. Quite an interesting collection, I must say.

This site shows a lot of arrogance, but hey, it seems to working to a certain extent. Warp-o-Meer rating: 7.0.
