Man Laws

The state of television entertainment is in such a sorry state that some of the best cultural icons are coming from the ranks of television commercials. Who can remember the latest new network show, but we can all recall the Taco Bell Chihuahua, the Pillsbury Doughboy, and the GEICO gecko. And then there are those cavemen. But the Warped site has come across an ad campaign that is destined to take it's place alongside these other icons. Click on.

The site is called Man Law, and is an ad campaign that evokes memories of King Arthur and the Knight of the Round Table. In fact, this a square table. It is a group of famous (and not-so-famous) celebrities making laws that promote male bonding. For example:

"The Bartender is always right".

"No man should ever make excuses for the haircut he has been left with".

"A man may engage in gardening, but he must call it farming".

"The frozen dinner is an acceptable meal when a man is alone and left to his own devices".

You catch the drift. It brings back some memories of the Man Show from cable TV's Comedy Central. But if you are wondering what Jerome Bettis, Triple H, and Burt Reynolds are up to these days, be sure to stop by this site. Videos are funny, and who knows, you may see a gecko there some day. Warp-o-Meter rating: 8.5.

The commericals are true reflection of manly men, not wine and cheese men.

MAN LAW .. NO woman should weigh more than her man
